The Law Offices of Theodore J. Baker is proud to announce that Theodore J. Baker has been published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer Section Newsletter by the New Jersey State Bar Association. The article entitled, “DCPP 101: What Happens When Allegations of Child Abuse are Reported to DCPP?” was published in Vol. 39 No. 3 in February 2020. Mr. Baker co-authors this article with Dina Mikulka. He has been working on this article for many months and is excited to share his work.
